This program provided excellent cues that really helped me refine my movements. I discovered new exercises and was able to correct some old habits that had made the movements ineffective. As a result, I was able to run my annual 5k without needing a knee brace for the first time in years—an achievement I’m truly proud of!

The 28-Day Challenge with Coach Danny was amazing! I increased my flexibility and energy level! After completing the challenge, I felt a sense of accomplishment and was ready for another! I totally recommend this challenge for anyone looking to better his or her health.

As a musician, my exercise routine has always focused on flexibility and muscle tone over increasing size. This program is perfect for my goals, and it's also a great warm up before the gym! There's great mobility challenges as well as some strength challenges. I'm definitely feeling better and more flexible. I really enjoy the challenges that include balance. That's so important.

It was much appreciated that the [28-Day Challenge] program had goalsetting, comprehensive instruction, and daily reminders throughout. Danny is quite engaging and relatable while giving practical tips and modifications. Would highly recommend for all ages and activity levels.

I enjoyed learning the rolling techniques and the other movements taught, I had a hard time personally doing all daily [exercises] on top of other exercises and activities, but [the challenge] was worthwhile!
