Hello! I'm Danny Clark, a certified fitness professional with over 28 years of experience. My expertise includes mobility training, kickboxing, bootcamp, martial arts, and self defense. I'm passionate about helping you achieve optimal health and wellness.
As a former collegiate athlete in Track & Field, I have always embraced an active lifestyle, transitioning into personal training and martial arts after graduation. My journey has been shaped by a series of injuries and surgeries that, at times, hindered my passion for running and affected my quality of life. I experienced sleepless nights due to persistent pain, prompting my search for a sustainable solution. When I discovered the opportunity to train as a Mobility Specialist, I recognized it as the answer and I felt compelled to share this knowledge with others
